Josie

Josie's a cousin of Chelsea, who I've featured in older posts. Josie was such a sweetheart to work with and was willing to go all over town for various shots. I learned that lighting is key and harsh lighting makes it harder to edit pictures later. However, these were my favorite ones during our 2 hours.

Sweet 16

So I've featured Taylor in my modeling shots, but today is her..and her twin sister Sheridan's Sweet 16. Yesterday we went out in the blazing heat and took some adorable pictures around town. :)

The Day Is Ours is a fairly new band to the music scene originating from Fort Wayne, Indiana. Their music makes anyone want to mosh and it's catchy as well.

Country Girl

So, even though I am from a small town, I HATE country music..but for some reason, I had the urge to return to the same field I used for Damon's pictures. Who knows, maybe spending time with my friend down in Indy is bringing the country out of me :)

Damon/Seed and Sand

Damon is a rising accoustic man singing songs whose lyrics tell a story. I really enjoyed working with a "one man band" and I was glad he was willing to go all around town to try out new locations. I found that country pictures are simple yet elegant, especially with someone indie like Damon.

Engagement Shoot

Cheyenne and Sheila were my first couple for engagement photos. They were so adorable and I'm so excited to do their wedding in August when they're wearing chucks :)
